Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering, compliance, shipping and storage, answered in one place.

Are these products safe for human use?

No. Everything in the catalogue is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing we sell is intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical or diagnostic application, or any use outside a controlled laboratory environment. Our products have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

Who can order from Get Peptide?

Researchers ordering on behalf of an academic, institutional or commercial laboratory. You must be at least 21 and able to enter a binding contract. We may ask for evidence of institutional affiliation or intended research use before accepting an order, and we decline orders where we are not satisfied the product will be used in line with our terms.

How do I place an order?

Submit the pre-order form on the home page. That is a request for a quotation rather than a binding order. We aim to reply within one business day with availability, a compliance check and a written quote. An order is confirmed once you accept that quote and any required deposit is received.

What purity can I expect, and how is it verified?

Purity is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography and a Certificate of Analysis accompanies each lot. The certificate relates to the lot tested. It is not a warranty that the product suits any particular experiment or protocol.

Can I see a Certificate of Analysis before ordering?

Yes. Certificates are available on request, and where one has been published for a product it can be downloaded directly from that product page. Email us with the product and quantity you are considering and we will send the current lot certificate.

How should I store and handle the products?

Products ship as lyophilised powder unless stated otherwise. Store at or below −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Handle in accordance with your laboratory’s procedures for research chemicals. We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. You are the importer of record, which means you are responsible for confirming the product may lawfully be imported into your country, obtaining any licence or permit required, and paying duties and taxes. We cannot refund shipments delayed, seized or destroyed by customs.

What are the lead times?

Catalogue quantities usually ship within a few business days of a confirmed order. Wholesale and custom quantities typically take 10 to 21 business days from receipt of the deposit. Lead times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, on a separate written quotation. Volume tiers run from 1,000 to 50,000+ units, a 50% deposit begins production, and the balance is due before dispatch. Use the pre-order form and note the quantity you need.

Can I return an order?

Because these are temperature-sensitive research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or fails to meet its Certificate of Analysis, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

How is my personal information handled?

Only as needed to quote, verify compliance and ship your order. We do not sell personal information. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and the terms of sale are in our Terms & Conditions.
