The website getpeptide.health (the "Site") is operated by Get Peptide ("Get Peptide", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site, submitting the pre-order form, requesting a quote or placing an order, you ("you", "the Purchaser") confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are acting on behalf of an institution, laboratory or company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, the MHRA, the EMA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use. They are not drugs, medicines, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and nothing on the Site should be read as a claim to the contrary.

By ordering you represent and warrant that:

• you are purchasing solely for laboratory research purposes;
• you, or the institution you represent, have the facilities, training and expertise to handle research chemicals safely;
• you will not administer any product to humans or animals, or supply it to any person for that purpose;
• you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, possession, storage, handling and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to order from Get Peptide. We reserve the right to request evidence of institutional affiliation, professional qualification or intended research use before accepting any order, and to decline or cancel an order at our sole discretion where we are not satisfied that the product will be used in accordance with these terms.

Product descriptions, research categories, purity figures and quantities shown on the Site are provided for information only. Descriptions summarise the research literature in which a compound is commonly studied and are not a representation that any product produces a particular result.

Purity is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and a Certificate of Analysis is provided with each lot. Certificates relate to the lot tested and are not a warranty that the product is suitable for any specific experiment or protocol.

Products are supplied as lyophilised powder unless otherwise stated. Recommended storage is at or below −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

We may change product names, sizes, availability and specifications at any time without notice.

Submitting the pre-order form on the Site is a request for a quotation, not a binding order. No contract is formed until we have confirmed availability, verified compliance, issued a written quote and received your acceptance of that quote together with any deposit required.

We aim to respond to pre-order requests within one business day. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, and if no period is stated, for 14 days.

Prices are quoted exclusive of shipping, insurance, import duties, taxes and any regulatory fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect a quote you have already accepted.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale orders are subject to a separate written quotation. Unless the quotation states otherwise, a deposit of 50% of the order value is required before production begins, the balance is payable before dispatch, and typical lead times are 10 to 21 business days from receipt of the deposit. Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after a quote has been accepted, where we suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, an error in pricing or availability, or a legal or regulatory restriction. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Payment methods, currencies and terms are set out on your quotation or invoice. Title to the products remains with Get Peptide until payment has been received in full. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion costs or transaction fees incurred in paying us.

We do not collect or store payment card details on the Site. Where a third-party payment processor is used, your payment information is handled under that processor's terms and privacy policy.

Orders are dispatched to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure it is a laboratory, institutional or business address at which the products can be received, checked and stored correctly on arrival.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are handed to the carrier, unless your quotation states that we insure the shipment, in which case risk passes on delivery.

You are the importer of record for any international shipment. You are responsible for determining whether the products may lawfully be imported into your country, for obtaining any licence or permit required, and for paying any duties, taxes or customs charges. We are not liable for shipments delayed, seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities, and no refund is due in those circumstances.

Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage, shortage or discrepancy to info@getpeptide.health within 7 days of delivery, with photographs where possible.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they have left our control, all sales are final and products cannot be returned for change of mind.

If a product is damaged in transit, is not the product ordered, or fails to meet the specification on its Certificate of Analysis, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Where we agree that the product is defective we will, at our option, replace it or refund the price paid for it. This is your sole remedy for a defective product.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirming that a refund is due.

You must not:

• use, administer, ingest, inject or apply any product to a human or animal;
• resell, relabel or repackage any product for human or veterinary consumption;
• market or describe any product purchased from us as a drug, medicine, supplement or cosmetic;
• supply any product to a person you know or suspect intends to use it in breach of these terms;
• use the Site or our products in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• misrepresent your identity, institution, qualifications or intended use when ordering.

Any breach of this section entitles us to cancel current and future orders and to notify the relevant authorities.

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and the Get Peptide name and mark are owned by or licensed to Get Peptide and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written consent.

Certificates of Analysis and product documentation are provided for your internal research records and may not be published or used in marketing without our permission.

Except for the express statements in your Certificate of Analysis, all products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular research outcome, that the information on the Site is complete or error-free, or that the Site will be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Peptide, its owners, employees, suppliers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, research time or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Site, these terms or any product, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Peptide and its owners, employees, suppliers and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Get Peptide is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or other rights you may have under the law of the country in which you are located.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place an order, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
